Looking through a new camera is looking at photography from a different angle. By the time you read this I will have had the Canon EOS Rebel SL3 (250D) for a few days before returning it but more on that later.
As some of you might know, I take photos from the Nikon Coolpix P900 from 2015 and the Google Pixel 4a from 2020. This Nikon Coolpix P900 is a good camera for what I used it for but had some major limitations for me. I did release a review of the camera but because the camera is very irrelevant in 2020 due to the camera’s about to be discontinued I did released the post over on Medium rather than on the main blog.
Okay, the Canon EOS Rebel Sl3 is a very underrated camera. Most people go for the mirrorless Canon EOS M50 but the Sl3 is a true DSLR with outstanding capabilities. I simply love the camera. I have never had a Canon camera before and I find it a joy to have one. The colors are excellent, the autofocus is wonderful, and the build is great as well. Plus, it is compatible with two varieties of lenses, the EF lenses and EFS lenses!
Sadly, the camera that I received did come with a screen that was partially broken so I did have to return it. I am though receiving a new one but despite the issues with the camera I received, I got enough photos to show all of you here on the blog. 😊
As always with a camera review, all of the below photos were taken right from the camera and were not edited after the photo was taken. One photo was using a camera preset filter though.
These are just a few of many photos I took with this camera over the few days that I had it. My other one is on the way I may even have it by the time you read this. I will give you many more details on the camera soon but for now this is just a short overview and another post on the camera is going to be coming.
Thank you so so much for reading! I hope you enjoyed this weeks post and if you did, click the like button or add a comment down below. Also, this is a canon camera and I definetly like it more than Nikon for me so I’d love to know what camera you use for your photography!
